Our exterior brick painting and porch re-staining project at a home in Richmond KY.
- The deck was painted with a solid color paint with a Loxon self-cleaning acrylic coating.
- The brick was painting with limewash, masonry paint.

Before we painted the brick house, we thoroughly cleaned the surface and filled any small cracks in the mortar. Then we used caulk that’s paintable and made specifically for exterior mortar applications, and allow everything to fully dry before proceeding. We used a paint sprayer with brushes and rollers for more detail work.
