Many of the homes on Chinoe Road and the Chevy Chase area were build in the 1940’s to 1960’s.  While they are hidden gems located in one of the most historical and serene parts of Lexington, many of them need remodeling, updating and repainting, considering the styles, functionality can current construction and building codes.

We replaced with vinyl plank flooring, carpeting, painted the walls, installed new fixtures, sink, tub, countertops, added barn doors, and did a full remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom. In the family room, we painted the walls, and built-in shelves, replaced carpeting and added wood beams to the ceiling.
